General information

• check-in starts at 15:00 (if possible earlier) and check-out is no later than 11:00;
• access with food and drinks from outside the Resort is strictly forbidden. Our restaurant and bar are at your disposal with a wide range of products;
• the use of portable speakers in the resort is strictly prohibited;
• The pool will be open until 19:30. After this time the necessary maintenance treatments will be done;
• smoking is not allowed in the rooms, restaurant and other enclosed spaces;
• no pets allowed.

Booking conditions

Upon receipt of the reservation request, we will confirm the availability of the requested services and send the proforma invoice by email.
Payment can be made through the payment link on the invoice through the Euplatesc.ro processor, bank transfer or deposit to our account by the due date specified in the invoice.
For a firm reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit of minimum 30% of the total amount of the services ordered.
In case the deposit is not paid within the mentioned deadline, the reservation will be canceled.

• in case of cancellations more than 14 days before the check-in date the deposit will be refunded to the account indicated by you; 
• in case of cancellations with 14 days or less before the check-in date (applies also to partial cancellations for the booked period, i.e. reduction of the number of nights initially booked) or in case of no-show at the accommodation the penalty is 100%;
• any change to a confirmed reservation will be considered as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions above. In this case, it is necessary to make a new reservation which will be confirmed subject to availability;
• any reservation, cancellation or modification must be made in writing only;
• if the tourist decides for any reason to leave the accommodation earlier than the day of check-out, he/she will pay the full amount of the services initially booked (all nights booked will be paid).

Group conditions - for groups of minimum 4 rooms it is necessary to pay in full the services booked at least 14 days before the arrival.
Otherwise the reservation will be canceled and the deposit paid will be withheld as a penalty.
In case of cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival or no show the penalty will be 100%.

Special periods - for the periods of Easter, May 1st, Pentecost and St. Mary's Day the rest of the payment must be paid by all tourists at least 14 days before the arrival.
In case it will not be paid within the mentioned term, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit paid will be withheld as a penalty.
In case of cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival or no show the penalty will be 100%.
